If your students say that they can suddenly no longer access a class they are enrolled in, there might be a few causes:
1. The class is archived
Check via the My Classes Dashboard if the class is active or archived. An archived class will be locked and students will not have access to its courses. If the class is archived and you still want to use it, restore the class.
2. Class sharing is turned off
If students are trying to join a class using class link or class code, and are unable to join, perhaps the class is 'locked'. Check via the My Classes Dashboard if the class is locked:
If so, turn class sharing on again, then ask your students to refresh their browser and try again.
