Teachers have access to all their schools' licenses and can allocate seats to classrooms for their schools. Each student that logs in to a classroom uses a seat.
To log in to the Administrator Application:
Sign into CoderZ with your admin credentials, and click the Administrator icon inside the Profile at the bottom of the Navigation Bar:
The Admin App will open in a new tab.
From this point, School Admins can add teachers to their school account. There are two ways to do this:
Method 1: Via Users Tab
1. Click on the Users tab on the left toolbar
3. Navigate to the Teachers tab and click the "Add Teacher" button at the top-right
4. The Add Teacher wizard will open. Select your school from the drop-down menu
5. Input the email address of the teacher you would like to add to your school and click Continue
A green notification bar will indicate that the teacher was added successfully:
You can find the list of added teachers, under the Pending tab, as shown in the screenshot below.
Method 2: Via Schools tab
1. On the Schools tab, locate and select the school:
2. Navigate to the Teachers tab on top toolbar, then click the Add Teacher button
3. In the window that opens, input the email address of the teacher you would like to add to your school and click Add Teacher
A green notification bar will indicate that the teacher was added successfully:
