Black-Screen Fix

If you and your students are receiving a black-screen once you've logged into play.gocoderz.com, you most likely have a browser extension that is causing a conflict with our platform.
 
To resolve this issue, first try accessing play.gocoderz.com with either a new browser (edge, firefox) or an incognito tab. If using an alternative browser or incognito window restores functionality to the platform, then this indicates that the issue is with one of your browser extensions. 
 
After this, you'll need to return to your browser of choice and disable your browser extensions one by one to check which one is causing the issue.

Most commonly, the extensions that cause the issues are BriskAI or screen-reading extensions that have some form of soft overlay.
 
If you can identify which extension is causing the issue on your end, then you can contact your Google Workspace Administrator/IT Department and ensure that the extension is removed from student devices in your classroom.
